The patient restroom pod fully finished with drywall, door frame, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, fixtures and accessories has an approximate weight of 2,300lbs.

We coordinate special and onsite inspections as required, can utilize an onsite IOR and document all testing, inspection and quality management processes by workstation in our STRATUS management software that allows for download and submission as required by the project documents.

Our volumetric pods are designed to reduce torsion, shifting, and damage thanks to M3’s framing techniques and the integration of a structural ceiling panel that is boxed and triangulated to create the utmost rigidity.

Our volumetric M-Pod for Exam Rooms allows healthcare facilities to open their doors sooner thanks to our industrialized construction methods that deliver a ready-to-install exam room designed for HCAI compliance straight to the project site. Our Exam M-Pods are manufactured to our high-quality standards and after final inspection, our volumetric pods are shrink wrapped for protection from the elements, loaded for transport and deliver to your project site.

Prior to delivery we schedule a certification and training session in our manufacturing facility where we show you and/or your installers how to layout, handle, set, anchor and connect our M-Pods. When the first delivery arrives, we will have a field representative observe, provide guidance on handling, setting, and connecting, then sign off on the installation and warranty.
