December 17, 2025Industrialized construction gives healthcare client a successful roadmap for future clinics
M3C, Boldt, Boulder Associates, and Mazzetti collaborated on a case study comparing modular “pod” components and prefabricated “kit-of-parts” solutions for both a restroom and an exam room. The results led the Owner to re-engage the same team to deliver its most highly modularized and prefabricated healthcare clinic to date—a care complex that now serves as the pilot project for all future clinics.
