UC Davis Campus Clinic - M3 Components

The M3 team partnered with The Boldt Company to deliver the full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope for a 4K SF single-story medical clinic building. The building contains (9) exam rooms and offers primary care services to faculty, staff, and others in the community who are patients of the health system.

The scope for this project was fully modeled, detailed, and manufactured. All MEP trades were funneled through M3’s virtual construction department and MEP Manufacturing Facility. In partnership with The Boldt Company all MEP wall panels, for both interior and exterior walls, were manufactured and shipped to the site for installation.
