Prefabricated solutions include exterior wall panels with integrated MEP and in-wall structural steel, interior wall panels with integrated MEP, and kit-of-parts framing systems and in-wall MEP via kit of parts. M3 is also fabricating duct, mechanical piping, underground and overhead plumbing systems, underground electrical duct banks, and large mechanical and plumbing equipment skids to support faster, more predictable field installation.
