Joe is the Director of Manufacturing at M3 Components, bringing over 20 years of industry experience to lead the manufacturing facility. Joe started his career in welding and pipefitting before joining Mark III over a decade ago. He brings hands-on experience installing process piping systems, with specialized welding expertise across food and beverage, medical, education, and science and technology sectors.
Joe combines deep technical knowledge with a strong passion for workforce development. He is a Power of One award winner, a peer-nominated honor that recognizes those who exemplify Mark III’s core values. Joe’s hands-on background, dedication to quality, and focus on developing skilled talent position him as a key leader in M3 Components’ manufacturing success.
When he’s not on the job site, Joe can be found coaching basketball and football teams or spending quality time with his wife and three children.
