Caleb has over a decade of experience in the lean manufacturing industry. Beginning his career as a welder and technical fabricator, Caleb’s current role is manufacturing facility manager. He oversees operations and production while working diligently to drive lean principles into the company’s products and culture.
Outside of work, Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife and children, visiting his family cabin in Truckee, going to the lake, mountain biking, and hunting.
