As the Virtual Design Lead for M3 Components, Jeimi drives the company’s technological initiatives to modernize construction practices in the prefabrication process. She achieves this by driving VDC workflows and leveraging advanced BIM technology to streamline the process. Her responsibilities include managing the full BIM cycle: modeling, detailing, QC, clash detection, and design & BIM coordination, standardizing VDC procedures within M3C, and piloting new VDC software. She is also responsible for hiring and developing the M3C VDC team.
In her personal life, Jeimi enjoys outdoor adventures such as cycling, swimming, camping, archery, and hiking. She is always eager to tackle new sports and activities, having recently tried CrossFit, dodgeball, softball, and golf.
