James is a Senior Project Manager for M3 Components. Leading up to his current role, he has 30 years of trade experience and has worked on projects involving design-bid-build, design-assist, design-build, industrialization, and prefabrication. He also has experience in different managerial roles within the industry. Some of the projects he has worked on range from custom single-family homes, market-rate multi-family, student housing, commercial, industrial, and recreational. Within M3 Components he specializes in framing. As Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for project execution regarding scope, quality, cost, and time requirements.
